    Our corned beef hash is made the old-fashioned way--slow-cooked in Port Townsend Brewery Porter all day, then grilled up to crispy perfection with just the right combination of potatoes, peppers and onions and served with two eggs your way.

    Our thick-cut french bread is generously layered with blueberries and cream-cheese and baked in a vanilla custard untill golden brown, and is served with a healthy portion of fresh fruit.
